Our staff are ambassadors of the communities in which they live and the pillars of our organization. Each woman plays an ambassador role in upholding our organization and their mental wellbeing is incredibly important to us. Our “Care for the Carer” program is aimed at appreciating our staff through planned outings, new experiences and psychological support. At the end of each month, we have a combined meeting, where we provide each staff member with a meal, celebrate birthdays, individual successes and build unity with one another.
